Coolidge Equities LTD, an affiliate of Houlihan Parnes, was formed in1992 by Howard Parnes along with Rob Tiburzi, Ted Sannella, Fred Stahl and Sheldon Stahl. Since that time, Coolidge has purchased hundreds of real estate loans, multi-family properties and office buildings through out the United States. Coolidge oversees the management of the portfolio which currently consists of 20,000 apartment units and 5,000,000 sq. ft of office buildings.
