Ted Sannella has been in the real estate business for 20 years, first as a broker, and over the last 8 years as an acquisition and finance specialist for the principals as well as the various business partners of Houlihan Parnes. In that capacity he has been involved in over $1.5 billion in transactions, handling the acquisition, finance and disposition of assets which included both real property and commercial and residential mortgages. Additionally, he is responsible for asset management of the owned real estate on behalf of the partnerships that he, along with his partners, have organized over the past 8 years. He is involved as a principal in most of these ownership entities.
