Sheldon Stahl began his Real Estate career in 1977 with a commercial real estate management company where he was involved with the day-to-day management of New York City properties.

Today as a partner of Coolidge Equities, LTD., a Houlihan-Parnes affiliate, he works closely with Howard Parnes and his brother Fred Stahl and has been involved in the acquisition and ownership of 18,000 multi-family units nationwide and 3.5 million square feet of office buildings valued at almost $2 billion dollars. Sheldon is a member of Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
