Jerry Houlihan attended Manhattan College for 2 years and then graduated with a BS from Pace University. He also represents the fourth generation of Houlihans in the Real Estate Business. Jerry has been active in all aspects of commercial real estate for twenty years with a concentration on mortgage placement. He has worked closely with all types of Lenders such as private equity funds, agencies, Wall Street conduits, commercial banks, and thrifts. Jerry currently manages about 40,000 sf of retail property as well as residential buildings and has leased and managed warehouse and office buildings.

Jerry is seeking his fifth term as Chairman of the Westchester County’s Apartment Owners Advisory Council, a political lobbying and support group for multi-family apt building owners and managers. He served twelve years as Vice Chair of the AOAC. The organization seeks fair rent guidelines for those buildings that are subject to ETPA (Emergency Tenant Protection Act of 1974) and DHCR (Division of Housing and Community Renewal) jurisdiction.

Jerry resides in Southbury, CT with his wife Elizabeth and two children, Douglas and Eva.
