Andrew M. Greenspan, is a graduate of Scarsdale High School (1978), has a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College and a Masters of Science from the Sloan School at MIT.

In 2000, he founded GHP Office Realty with the partners of Houlihan Parnes. Mr Greenspan manages the daily operations of GHP Office, which began by acquiring, owning and operating individual multi tenanted suburban New York office buildings.
Since its beginning 8 years ago, GHP Office Realty has acquired, financed, redeveloped, leased and managed 124 buildings, and more than 6,000,000 square feet. Regionally, the partners presently own and manage 15 buildings in Westchester County, 8 buildings in Fairfield County, and 12 buildings in Rockland and New Jersey. In addition, with a Long Island based partner, it owns and manages 52 buildings and approximately 2,500,000 square feet in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Most recently, GHP has leveraged its platform and begun to invest nationwide. In 2007, GHP Office Realty purchased 25 additional buildings, totaling more than 2,300,000 square feet in 8 states throughout the country.

Prior to Mr. Greenspan?s success at GHP Office, he was a Vice President at Mack Cali Realty, responsible for leasing and acquisitions of various large office projects both locally and nationwide. He started his career with the Westchester developer, Robert Martin Company. He began as a computer analyst in 1985, and had become an equity partner by the time the company sold itself to Mack Cali in 1998.

Mr Greenspan has been involved with the UJA Federation and a member of the Westchester Business Leaders board since 1993. He is past recipient of the March of Dimes Real Estate Award, and recently made a significant contribution to the Westchester ARC Building Capital Campaign. He is a member of the President?s Circle at the Sloan School/MIT and is member of the Founder?s Club at Hamilton College. Additionally, within the past year, Mr Greenspan has also either contributed or volunteered for Temple Shaary Tefila in Bedford, Breast Cancer Research, Chappaqua Volunteer Ambulance, Make a Wish, Horace Greeley High Schoool Scholarship Fund, Steppingstone Day School, National MS Society, Boys Club of Northern Westchester and New York City and the FoodBank of Westchester.

He also has been an active sports coach and parental volunteer in his community. Mr Greenspan, his wife Karen and their three children, Rachel, Jenna, and Benjamin reside in Chappaqua, New York.
