Fred Stahl joined Houlihan-Parnes, Realtors in 1980. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a member of the Sales Broker Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York; a member of the Young Mortgage Brokers Associates, and a partner in Coolidge Equities, Ltd. Fred specializes in the purchase, finance and management of income producing properties nationwide. Fred and his brother, Sheldon have orchestrated the purchase and ownership of over 20,000 multi family apartment units and 4.5 million square feet of office buildings.
