Metro Property Group, LLC is a full service property management company, employing a highly skilled, professional staff, comprised of property managers, fiscal personnel, administrative and maintenance staff. Metro’s involvement in and cognizance of daily requirements of the real estate industry provides us with a heightened awareness of the “marketplace” and thus the ability to maximize the value of the properties we manage.

Although our firm began operation on the first day of the new millennium, January 1, 2000, our expertise is substantial, as it reflects the aggregate experience of our principals, staff and clients. Metro staff has been handpicked to form a solid administrative and management team with enormous experience, a high degree of motivation, and a real sense of responsibility to our clients.

Managing agents with substantial experience in the operation of both residential and commercial properties, administer properties on an intensive and ongoing basis. Collections are closely monitored by agents who utilize collection reports which are updated on a daily basis to ensure timely payment. Delinquent tenants are expeditiously placed “on legal”, and routinely monitored through the legal process. Our trained fiscal staff in the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department coordinate the entry of data into our new, “state of the art,” Timberline software system. Customized reporting instruments have been developed and are disseminated to investors, on a monthly basis. Outside contractors and on-site staff, handle repair and maintenance issues. Smaller repairs are completed by superintendents and handy-men, while larger contracts are awarded based on competitive bidding. All work is monitored and inspected by the managing agent, prior to approval of payment.

All aspects of Metro’s operations are overseen by individuals with substantial experience in owning property and expertise in property management. The responsibility of acting on behalf of our clients is taken very seriously and extraordinary care is taken to ensure the maximization of asset value.

Metro exists to serve the professional real estate investor and is both effective and efficient in its ability to provide significant returns, while optimizing the condition and therefore, the value of investment property.
