GHP OFFICE REALTY, LLC LEASES 53,618 SQUARE FEET TO 10 TENANTS THROUGHOUT ITS PORTFOLIO

White Plains, New York.  August 2024:  GHP Office Realty, LLC, an affiliate of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC, a premiere owner and manager of office and industrial properties in Westchester County and the Tri-State area, is pleased to announce the signing of 10 new leases totaling 53,618 square feet.

Orange Bank & Trust Company signed a new lease in 6,426 square feet on the third floor of 4 West Red Oak Lane, a 135,000 square foot Class-A suburban office building conveniently located at the intersection of I-287, I-674 and the Hutchinson River Parkway.  The space is an expansion for the bank and will serve as its Westchester regional headquarters.Orange Bank & Trust Company is an independent bank that began with the vision of 14 founders over 125 years ago. Lecta North America, Inc. is a European manufacturer and distributor of specialty papers for labels and flexible packaging, coated and uncoated paper for publishing and commercial printing, and other high-value innovative products such as its range of environment-friendly, 100% recyclable and biodegradable functional papers.  Previously located in Purchase, the firm signed a new lease for 2,131 square feet on the third floor of 4 West Red Oak Lane.  Rachel Greenspan also represented ownership on this deal.

Barrister Realty of New Rochelle, LTD. d/b/a Kommer Bave & Ciccone LLP relocated from New Rochelle and signed a new lease for 4,103 square feet on the first floor of the building.  This Westchester based law firm has represented their clients for more than 45 years and specialize in matrimonial/family law, elder law, estate/trust planning, guardianship, personal injury claims, and real estate transactions.  Brendan Hickey, Senior Director at GHP, represented the deal.

Additionally, Stifel Investment Services renewed their 11,616 square foot lease on the first floor of 4 West Red Oak Lane.  Stifel Investment Services has been in the wealth management industry for over 125 years. Their services cover all areas of financial management, from investment and retirement planning, to risk mitigation strategies and issues surrounding estate planning strategies. The deal was represented by Brendan Hickey, Senior Director, at GHP and Steve Baker at Cushman & Wakefield.

Madison-Davis LLC relocated from Tarrytown and leased 8,631 square feet on the fifth floor of 565 Taxter Road, a Class-A six-story, multi-tenanted office building with high visibility, premier accessibility and convenience, all within a highly-amenitized location in Elmsford.  Madison-Davis is a leading executive hiring agency specializing in financial services and technology.  The firm works with more than 1,000 companies across financial services, healthcare, technology consumer and industrial sectors. The deal was represented by Brendan Hickey, Senior Director at GHP, and Bruce Rothman, CEO at B. Rothman Inc.

Additionally, Saretsky Katz Dranoff Weissman & Maynard, LLP PC, relocated to the building from NYC in 2021 and recently signed a renewal for their 2,132 square foot office space on the second floor of 565 Taxter Road.  The law firm specializes in Business & Commercial Disputes, Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Insurance Coverage & Litigation, and Municipal Liability.  Hickey represented the building ownership in this transaction.

Martos Engineering, PLLC recently signed a new lease for 3,826 square feet on the fifth floor of 660 White Plains Road in Tarrytown, NY.  The structural engineering firm provides design services for projects of varying sizes and scopes including the renovation and preservation of existing structures, as well as the design of new buildings.  Martos Engineering relocated from Rockland County to GHP’s six-story, Class-A Tarrytown office building totaling 280,000 square feet.  Hickey represented the building ownership in this transaction.

(914) Cares, Inc. signed a new lease in 11,689 square feet at 28 Kaysal Court, a multi-tenanted light industrial/manufacturing, flex two-story building totaling 58,965 square feet in Armonk, NY.  (914) Cares is a Westchester based non-profit organization that provides help to struggling families in the county.  The organization tackles poverty by distributing tangible resources, educating the community, engaging and motivating the next generation, and collaborating with community partners.  The deal was represented by Brendan Hickey, Senior Director at GHP, and Rick Rakow, Founder at Rakow Commercial Realty Group.

KG Aesthetic LLC d/b/a SKIN Greenwich Aesthetic Boutique is a skincare spa with a team of skilled estheticians who provide customized and revitalizing facial treatment.  The spa signed a new lease in 1,441 square foot storefront of 79 East Putnam Avenue, a three-story, mixed-use building located in the heart of Greenwich, CT on Route US-1.  Rachel Greenspan represented the building ownership in this transaction.

AP Accounting & Tax Services leased 1,623 square feet at the Greenwich Outdoor Traders Building. AP Accounting is a premier Connecticut accountant, offering tax preparation services for individuals and small business, tax planning, small business accounting, and bookkeeping.  They service in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, California and all surrounding areas.  Brendan Hickey represented the building ownership in this deal.
