The transactions were:

Christie’s International Real Estate Westchester & Hudson Valley New York, Inc, a luxury real estate company, signed a new long-term lease at the property for 1,060 square feet.

The Collective by Jabfit, a boutique fitness and lifestyle lounge, signed a new long-term lease for 1,450 square feet.

Mimi’s Nail Bar, a nail salon and spa, renewed their 1,450-sf lease for five years.

Both new tenants were looking for retail space in Chappaqua’s downtown business district, which recently completed a downtown revitalization that included streetscape and infrastructure improvements.
