Jeremiah A. Houlihan & James K. Coleman of Houlihan-Parnes Properties have successfully arranged the refinancing of a two-story brick mixed-use building, located on 3-5-7 Main Street in Downtown Haverstraw, NY.  The building built in 1960 containing two retail stores on the street level; (1) caterer/restaurant, (2) cell phone store, with five 2-bedroom apartments and one studio apartment on the second level.

Houlihan-Parnes Properties has arranged a $600,000 first mortgage loan with current market interest rate and repayment schedule for a 10-year term.  The financing was arranged with a local bank & trust for the long-term owners.
