Jeremiah A Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes Properties has successfully assisted the purchase of two buildings located at 30 and 52 Garth Road in Scarsdale, near the Scarsdale Train Station and the Bronx River Parkway. #30 is a three-story brick 6,500 square-foot building with three stores on the 1” floor and four (4) apartments on the 2nd & 3rd floors. #52 Garth is a two-story brick 1,900 square-foot building, with one (1) street level store and a 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor.

Hp-Capital LLC, a subsidiary of Houlihan-Parnes, provided a $2,250,000 1st Mortgage Loan for a 1-year term, payable interest only.
