Financial Planning Associates, LLC, a wealth advisory firm, renewed its lease for 1,160 square feet on the first floor for five years.

The Ross Company leased 1,502 square feet on the third floor for seven years.  The firm specializes in insurance benefits and wealth advisory services for individuals, Hedge Funds and other businesses.

Jeffrey N. Allen CPA, a full service accounting and tax firm offering a diverse range of financial services throughout White Plains, NY and surrounding areas renewed in 1,808 square feet on the third floor for five years.

Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP signed a 1,861 square foot lease for a five year term on the second floor.    The firm is one of New Jersey’s oldest and largest law firms with many diverse practice areas.  The firm also has offices in Morristown and Trenton, NJ and New York City.  Amy Lerner of Choice Peterson Inc. represented the tenant.

SMK Electronics Corporation USA, a supplier and manufacturer of electronic components, sub-assemblies, touch panels, and modules with over 80 years of manufacturing experience with factories throughout the globe with a myriad of production capabilities, renewed its lease for 3,432 square feet on the first floor for six years.   Craig Ruoff of Cushman and Wakefield represented SMK.

Goldenberg and Selker, LLP and Hoffman, Wachtell & Rao, LLP, renewed their lease for 4,295 square feet on the first floor for five years.  The firms’ practice areas are concentrated in Real Estate and Worker’s Compensation respectively.  Rick Rakow of Rakow Commercial Realty Group, Inc. represented the firms.
