GHP Office Realty welcomed three industrial/flex tenants at 700 Executive Boulevard in Elmsford, NY. These three long-term leases total 79,802 square feet of new deals at the property. The 103,500 square foot industrial/warehouse building offers tenants multiple loading docks, drive-in doors, 16’ clear ceiling heights and ample parking.  The property has limited remaining availability.

 

The Owner has recently completed a $2,500,000 renovation to upgrade and multi-tenant the property.  The key vendors were Cardarelli Design & Architecture, P.C of White Plains, Velardo Site Management, Inc. of Ossining, Lasa Industries of Elmsford, and Hirsch & Gibaldi, LLP of Greenvale.

 

Capstone Logistics LLC is a third-party logistics provider that specializes in supply chain solutions including warehouse management, freight management and last-mile delivery.  The company signed a new lease for 37,000 square feet.  Michael Rao of New York Commercial Realty Group, LLC represented Capstone Logistics.

AMS Construction Corp., a New York based contractor specializing in solar energy projects, is leasing 12,302 square feet.
