Acquisition of multi-family properties in White Plains and Irvington, New York

May 2019 – An investor group formed by James K. Coleman of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors,LLC and Edmond DeLaurentis, Jr. of DeLaurentis Management Corporation have arranged for the purchase of 3 multi-family properties located in White Plains and Irvington, NY.  The properties contain a total of 110 apartments and 13 retail stores.

111 North Broadway (State Route 9) is a 3-story brick converted mansion containing 17 apartments and an on-site parking lot in Irvington, NY.  177 Grand Street, A/K/A 104-108 East Post Road is a 5-story mixed use elevator apartment building containing 57 apartments and 9 ground floor retail stores in White Plains, NY.  82 Bank Street, A/K/A 95-107 Fisher Ave is a 5-story mixed use brick apartment building containing 36 apartments and 4 ground floor retail stores in White Plains, NY. Long term financing for the purchase of these properties was arranged by Jerry Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes Properties.

The properties will be managed by DeLaurentis Management Corporation located in White Plains, NY.  The Purchasers were represented by Steven W. Pearsall of Gaborialt & Pearsall, PC in Westport, CT.  The investor group plans to hold the properties as a long term investment.
