Rachel Greenspan is a Senior Director at GHP Office Realty where she focuses on sales, acquisitions and financing of the company’s owned & managed commercial properties. Rachel specializes in office, medical and industrial buildings. Additionally, she works closely with Property Management on major capital improvement projects. Since joining the team in 2019, she has played an integral role in executing deals, developing strategic relationships, and sourcing new opportunities for the firm. Rachel is a registered New York State licensed real estate salesperson.

Rachel is a member of the Westchester March of Dimes Real Estate Awards Committee and sits on the Board of the Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center. In 2023, Rachel was named a Wunderkind by 914Inc Magazine.

Rachel graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a concentration in Marketing. A native of Westchester, Rachel grew up in Chappaqua. After a decade in New York City, she now resides in Stamford.
