Brittany Briceno is the Senior Director for GHP Office Realty where she arranges all transactional aspects of every financing, sales and acquisitions for the office portfolio, in addition to reporting directly to Andrew Greenspan, GHP’s managing partner.  She also manages internal operations for GHP such as tenant relationships, lease processing, and marketing.  Brittany has been with the company since May 2012.  She was hired by Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC as an Office Assistant to the Office Manager where she learned the ins and outs of running a multi-dimensional commercial real estate office.  She eventually graduated from this role and was promoted to work under an affiliated division of HPR, GHP Office Realty, LLC, in 2015.  Her communication skills and excellent attention to detail have contributed to the company’s success over the years.

Brittany holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from CUNY School of Professional Studies. She was recognized as a 2024 Rising Star by the Business Council of Westchester. Brittany is also a Notary of Public for the state of New York.

Brittany grew up in Upstate New York, but now resides in Westchester County with her husband and two children.
