David Lulgjuraj is the Vice President of Management and an Associate Broker at Houlihan Parnes Properties. David joined the firm in 2015 and manages a portfolio of retail, multi-family, cooperative and condominiums in Westchester County and New York City. David manages over 150,000 square feet of commercial space and in excess of 500 residential units. He also oversees the construction projects at these properties.  As a broker, he has negotiated the lease and sale for many commercial and residential properties. His construction experience includes the management and design of apartment renovations as well as large scale construction management including Local Law 11 work in New York City. He  has managed many major capital projects including roof replacements, building façade renovations and restorations, boiler replacements, electrical upgrades, boiler fuel conversions and the installation of computer controlled energy management systems.

 

David is also an Associate Broker and a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. He currently serves on a number of cooperative and condominium boards in the tri-state area. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Fordham University.
