Fred Stahl has been in the real estate business since 1980. He has been active nationwide in the acquisition, management, and disposition of billions of dollars’ worth of real estate:

1990’s – He purchased with his partners over one billion dollars’ worth of loans and R.E.O from the RTC, FDIC, and banks.

2000’s – He purchased with partners over four million square feet of office buildings.

2001 – He purchased with partners a package of 12,550 apartments in the eastern United States.

Currently he is acquiring new multifamily apartment properties and upgrading properties in his portfolio.

Fred has been married for 30 years and is active in many charities.
