Jeanne Cronin Ceccolini is an Associate Broker and Senior Director with Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC. Ms. Cronin has been affiliated with Houlihan-Parnes dating back to 1995 when she was named to the position of co-regional director of JHP Realty Advisors, Inc. an affiliate of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors. JHP was selected by The Prudential Insurance Company of America to exclusively represent Prudential as its mortgage marketing advisor for its PruExpress lending program in metro New York and subsequently all of New England. JHP was responsible for originating, underwriting and closing multi-family and commercial loans for Prudential’s General Account and its CMBS program, PMCC. In 2001 JHP became a founding member of iCap Realty Advisors, LLC a national mortgage banking/brokerage platform with offices nationwide. In 2009, iCap merged with Q10 Capital, LLC.

Ms. Cronin’s career in real estate finance spans nearly 40 years. She began her career with Union Dime Savings Bank where she originated residential and commercial mortgage loans and rose to the position  of VP, Mortgage Originations. Ms. Cronin obtained her mortgage brokerage license in the 1980’s and subsequently joined Sybedon Corporation, a real estate investment banking firm. In 1990 Ms. Cronin joined Amvest Properties, a privately-held real estate asset management company based in Port Washington, NY. There she oversaw a portfolio of suburban office buildings and handled tenant leasing, management and sales.

Ms. Cronin has originated construction, permanent and bridge loans on a broad range of properties including apartments, mixed-use buildings, taxpayers, retail centers, industrial buildings, hotels, self-storage facilities, manufactured housing, parking garages, gas stations, net-leased retailers and fast food restaurants. Lending sources have included regional, national and international banks, life companies, private companies and CMBS lenders.

Ms. Cronin  received a BS in Economics from Wells College and is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University. She resides in Dobbs Ferry, NY with her husband, a local plumbing contractor, and her son who is currently a doctoral candidate at Boston College. She has held numerous leadership positions with various community boards and organizations including serving as President of the Hastings Creative Arts Council (now RiverArts) and serving as an elected member of the Dobbs Ferry School Board for 9-years. Ms. Cronin currently serves as a Trustee of the Dobbs Ferry Historical Society and sits on the board of the The Friends of the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront.
