Mike Conigliaro is a Property Manager at GHP Office Realty. He manages their large portfolio of office, industrial and medical properties throughout the suburbs of New York, Connecticut and South Carolina. Mike is also heavily involved in the company’s construction projects including both tenant fit outs and large-scale capital improvements. Since joining the team in 2018, his daily interactions have helped him develop strong relationships with vendors, tenants and local municipalities.

 

Mike holds a Certificate of Commercial Property Management from Fordham University and a Property Administrator Certificate from BOMI. He is currently working towards an RPA designation from BOMI.

 

Mike is an active member of BOMA Westchester County and is a proud member of their Emerging Leaders Committee. Mike has lived in Westchester his whole life, originally growing up in Yorktown. He currently resides in White Plains.
