Rob McNamara is Director of Operations & Management for GHP Office Realty.  Rob oversees the day-to-day operations of GHP’s portfolio of office, medical and industrial properties totaling over 2 million square feet.  Rob specializes in the technical aspects of building systems and manages the execution of energy efficiency, capital, and tenant improvement projects.

In 2020, he was named a “30 Under 30” Wunderkind by 914, Inc. and a “40 Under 40” Rising Star by the Business Council of Westchester.

Rob serves on the Board of Directors for the Westchester County chapter of BOMA and is a certified RPA by BOMI.

Rob received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Biology from the University at Albany and holds the Certificate in Commercial Property Management from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.  He currently resides with his wife in Ridgefield, CT.
