The shopping center, comprised of 128,712 square feet, is occupied by 22 national and regional tenants. The Anchor, ARC Thrift Stores, occupies 43,900 square feet.

The sale price for The Ladera Shopping Center was set at $15,300,000.  This transaction was handled by Lawrence M. Wells, Attorney at Law, who ensured a smooth and efficient process throughout the negotiation and closing.
