Through H-P Capital, Houlihan-Parnes is both a direct provider and a servicer of real estate capital. Our in-house underwriters and servicers, in collaboration with our construction, management and leasing teams, provide clients with access to capital. Since HP Capital’s inception, it has closed in excess of $200 million in private lending. HP Capital is an active lender for: quick purchases, refinances, foreclosure exits, bankruptcy settlements, mortgage buybacks and construction deals.
HP Capital also specializes in servicing all classes of real estate financing on behalf of private investors, insurance companies, banks, and other financial institutions.
