Founded in 1999 as Metro Property Group by partners James J. Houlihan and James. K. Coleman, Houlihan-Parnes Properties prides itself for meticulous, hands-on management and brokerage services. Michael Cuniberti, who manages the day-to-day operations with James K. Coleman, became a partner of the firm in January 2019.
